A link to help file should be in the waitzar tray bar menu. 

#What version of WaitZar do you have? What version of Windows?

I think I'll implement it like this:
  1) Look in the current directory for the User's Guide, and load it.
  2) If it's not there, then try to resolve the googlecode website, and then open the
user's browser to the file.
  3) Otherwise, show a message box with the link.
