WaitZar version 1.7 super-bug #61

This bug will block on all bugs that we hope to fix before version 1.7.
We've had a lot of good user feedback, and I don't want to miss anything
just by virtue of forgetting it.

Split the "Burglish" bug; this now blocks on 65, not 26 (which will be resolved 
a few
releases after 1.7)

All blocked bugs are complete; we're now entering release mode. Current tasks:

1) Update the documentation to reflect the new features.
2) Update the testing guide & compatibility list to fully test the new features.
3) Update the version number in the documentation, web page, and the program's 
help menu.
4) Perform all compatibility testing.
5) Send out a press release. (Hehe... just email the list.)

User bug was fixed. Giant pointer glitch is probably gone, but I'm leaving it 
open
until I can get a significant amount of Burmese text typed to draw it out.
