Option to type using Romabama #67

Issue 26 asks for support for Burglish input --why not allow input in
Romabama as well? It seems that someone who prefers Romabama will dislike
the perceived inaccuracy of Burglish & WaitZar; adding this feature should
be fairly beneficial to the (albeit small) Romabama community.

The Romabama documents are currently 404'd. I've been rebuilding them from old 
caches.
Note that Romabama uses a lot of ASCII values >128, so we'd need to devise a 
system with dead keys of some sort. I'm keeping this in for now, because I want 
_something_ for 1.8 --maybe a demo of common words?

Marking fixed; I've added a demo of Romabama to SVN, disabled by default.
Some major model cleanup will be required to support Romabama, which will be 
added as their own bugs. Right now, I know enough about the romanisation to 
consider how it would feel as an IM if completed.
