Now max button appear instantly if the token is not XLM

If the token is XLM it is calculated when the second token is selected instead of needing to type an amount

Also added loaders when is fetching the balances or fetching the network fees and the input token is XLM

Path is always showing and has a loader
Fixed the "Fund wallet to sign Transaction" that was showing by default, now fallbacks to "Swap"
