[Bridge] Ask to connect "Stellar Wallet" First #421

Problem: Currently the user sees a "Connect Pendulum Wallet" Button that is not active until the user connects a Stellar Wallet Screenshot from 2024-04-30 10-11-31

[ ] Instead of disabling the "Connect Pendulum Wallet" button, enable it Wallet with a "Connect Stellar Wallet" button.
[ ] When the user has connected Stellar Wallet, force the user to connect a Pendulum Wallet with "Connect Pendulum Wallet"
