format amounts and other improvements #41

added

-format amounts based on token decimals (need to merge https://github.com/soroswap/backend/pull/117) -fix some hardcoded links in pool page -obtain xlm price that is being show in the header from /xlmPrice endpoint instead of the /info/token/{xlm_address} endpoint to make it faster -now table rows can be open in a new tab
