Requirements:

[ ] Manual playbook execution with a [Start] button on each history log build
[ ] HipChat / Hubot commands to execute a playbook execution

Merging/Closing a pull request could be good as staging build trigger, or a post-receive to a dedicated "build" branch.

There are many possibilities and special things we could do, but let's decide. Beside ad-hoc commands to start build (chat command, manual button), also:

Every pull-request that can be merged (no conflict) can automatically trigger a build which will merge that pull-request in a temporary branch and declare if build succeeds.
Every new commit to a branch can trigger a build on that specific branch ...
