I don't know if the following is out of the idea of this extension, but I think it would be very useful to have a button in the extensions bar that when clicked, would show a small window with two fields: one with the host of the currently loaded page and another to type the Accept-Language (also preloaded if it has been previously set or matches the current host). And a button to save.
I don't know if it's too complicated, or doesn't fit in the plans of the extension, I would understand perfectly if it doesn't seem appropriate to you.
