Some bug fixes in elf::extract_from_slice()
Add implementation for ELF program headers (Closes #92)
Added TryFrom function for ELF images
Rewrote elf section headers to be trait-based like program & file headers (Closes #93)

This should version bump the ELF crate, I think.
