User-defined columns in table view #13

Would be helpful if you could select columns to show in table view - e.g., if I could add the %change column to the table view, would be super helpful.

Adding option to let user select columns to show would be relatively easy. That said, %change column is already there, though only in expert mode, so this might be more an issue with users needing a hint that they can scroll to see all the columns.

Being able to hide columns like in Excel would be useful and would limit need to scroll. Also needs to be clear that different columns are shown in regular vs expert mode. Potentially add tour box for this.
