Key Priority for Sue: adding uncertainty to rapid statuses #23
This seems critical to me; it was mentioned by a number of folks in the scanner roll-out meetings; is there a way to flag which statuses are more or less certain. Based on either how well they matched their integrated status, how many metrics were used to assess status (for example if relative abundance metrics are available adn absolute ones, then more confident), and possibly but not as necessary, how many algorithms produce same results. I actually don't think we want to use the last idea but other are important
