When using the list option to "Add to highlighting" by the change in status zones over a time period (-4 to +4), the Scanner is treating the positive and negative numbers the same. Example: Using only the Fraser Sockeye CUs, when I checked the box to "Add to highlighting" those CUs that had increased by 2 zones it did not highlight anything. When I checked the box -2 to "Add to highlighting" the Scanner highlighted those CUs that had declined by 2 status zones and also those that had increased by 2 status zones.
