Oh I think that's because MediaStore skips folder like ringtones etc... Should add then yeah

realeatham commented 3 months ago

Yeah, it should ideally show all the audio

realeatham commented 2 months ago

Should be closed as non completed.

sosauce commented 2 months ago

Why ? It is completed in v1.1.0 no ?

realeatham commented 2 months ago

There's a new Version? Sorry I didn't realize

realeatham commented 2 months ago

I will check if fixed

sosauce commented 2 months ago

It's okay ^^ I hope its fixed, for me it found music in root folders

realeatham commented 2 months ago

Still didn't find it, no clue what's wrong. It doesn't find stuff recorded locally

sosauce commented 2 months ago

Oh maybe recording from recording apps aren't taken into consideration with the MediaStore, imma check how fossify handles it, from what I saw they don't directly use MediaStore

realeatham commented 2 months ago

Maybe tgd player doesn't support m4a files?

sosauce commented 2 months ago

It does I just checked, when placing the recording in lets say Music file it finds it, but when placing it Recordings folder it doesn't, meaning MediaStore skips these folders

realeatham commented 2 months ago

Can't you tell it to search all?

sosauce commented 2 months ago

sure ^^

realeatham commented 2 months ago

You should open this issue until it is solved

sosauce commented 2 months ago

Nah imma leave it closed since most people only care about actual music, if someone opens a new issue thats okay ^^
