Totally exclude SO Teams #436

There is no API support and a bunch of errors in console. Totally useless in my opinion.

Thanks, I think you're right. I don't use Teams so never really experienced it, but we can disable it completely for now.

In the future (if people want maybe?), we could do something like disable the features that use the API on Teams (there's a property in the features JSON for API usage so shouldn't be too hard if we want to do that ever!).
