Don't add double SE logo to SE employees #449

When viewing search results, SE employees have 2 SE logos: one after their name and one under their avatar (.user-gravatar-32). We make sure that the class of the parent element of the anchor element which contains the link to the user profile is not .user-gravatar32 to fix the problem.

Thanks for the PR, your change looks fine but I can't reproduce the bug you're describing! Please could you post a link to a search page where you see the duplicate employee signs? :)
