Make matches and excludes more accurate #452

Basically, exclude chat and stuff like https://stackoverflow.com/questions?tab=Unanswered, etc.

Minor changes:

That needs review, tested too much, but I guess I must have missed something.

I just merged your other API PR and there's a merge conflict now :/

Please could you also rebase your branch with origin/dev to fix it and push a new version? :)
