I was wondering if the interface could change to something more pleasant for people sensitive to the screen (who have difficulty seeing). I was wondering how I could help with accessibility through the graphical interface.

If you have a theme that'll with accessibility, please submit a PR. Right now there's no way of customizing the themes, but i feel like a basic UI customization feature should do the trick.
