Thank you very-very much for your help with Markdown. I have incorporated almost all your changes to the master version and pushed it. Do I still have to merge your pull request?

Hi, I don't fully understand how GitHub works, so I'm not sure about merging the pull request,especially if you have already utilised my suggestions. My guess is that it isn't needed any more, so I'll "close it". Regards
