Yes here is an xdxf Jula/French dictionary under active construction.

The xdxf is transformed into asciidoc with this xslt. And produces this html dictionary

The xdxf dictionary also produces the following pages and slides (containing quizes based on the dictionary:

100 most common words in Ivory Coast Jula. Animals in Ivory Coast Jula. Revealjs quiz (changes every day) also based on the xdxf dictionary

(xslt transforms for above documents are also in the repo.

Oh yes. Here is the UN declaration of human rights that grabs word definitions from the dictionary. (Its a work in progress...)
