Adding similarity measures based on cited or citing journals #2

Rational: good journals cite good journals, so this may be less related with the research focus and more to the quality of publications

We experimented with abstract similarity based on TF-IDF. Was too heavy.

Now we just use "num_cited_refs", the number of jointly cited references. It's not a good wording though.
