We discussed the possibility of having exercises to build familiarity with the concepts.

Ultimately, using an ECS in a project is the best way to get a feel for how they work.

The cinder block definition makes it easy to use the ECS setup in a test project. So you can create a small sketch to try out ideas with an ECS that doesn't need to be part of your main project.
