@dorald thanks for pointing this out. OpenFrameworks has outpaced us again! We'll start issuing pre-releases labelled with the oF commit they've been tested with. This should make it slightly easier to keep track of our moving target (oF master branch).

I'll work on further updating ofxSoso. In the meantime, I've created a prerelease, oF_3b6bf40, that's been tested with oF commit 3b6bf40 (12/1/2014).
