According @dbeyer's previous mail the task does not need to be excluded, because a verdict change can happen after the freezing deadline. ("Expected verdicts can be changed before and after the freezing deadline, because the verdicts are not part of the verification task (pair of program and spec)."

UPDATE: The previous statement is wrong, sorry! There is not only a verdict change but property changes.
