SDSS query failing #1

The query below seems to work, so maybe it's just a matter of changing the URL:

curl 'http://skyserver.sdss.org/dr1/en/tools/search/x_radial.asp ra=180&dec=-0.2&radius=3&format=xml&topnum=20'
