Put summary in new file for including in the mta and cal versions #7

The mta version of the page now also has a link to the cal version and text that mentions the values come from the cal page.

Closes #6 via a different path (only the cal summary values are displayed on both pages). This is what we discussed @taldcroft and is now "installed", but if you have suggestions about text they could go in this PR before it gets closed.
