Rename BGDTYP/PIXTLM to AABGDTYP/AAPIXTLM.

Unit test data was updated accordingly.

The tables returned by chandra_aca_maude_decom will not have BGDTYP or PIXTLM columns, but AABGDTYP or AAPIXTLM instead

Independent check of unit tests by [REVIEWER NAME]

I used aca_view with this change in sot/aca_view/pull/174.

I think the previous code was meant to be pea (primary or secondary) agnostic? I don't think we care.
