Add option to acq_success_prob for zodiacal light contribution.

The intent here is to provide a path to support https://github.com/sot/starcheck/issues/209 . The "zodi" option could be generalized to any background offset, labeling it a zodiacal light contribution did not seem unreasonable.

Overtaken by events: a separate background term is no longer applicable to the acquisition probability model.
