Add information about remote access and scripts to avoid learning this lesson a 3rd time in the future.

Built the docs locally with no warnings. They look fine: image

Was the error that @johnny1up reported "<class 'ipyparallel.error.TimeoutError'>" somewhat reproducible? Or does the "main" strategy result in a variety of errors that can look like credentialing / login errors to the chimchim telemetry server? I'm trying to figure out what search terms are going to get me to the right section in the documentation.
