Confirm correction does not change mean astrometry #9

@taldcroft I think I will be able to confirm that the correction does not change the mean astrometry for the source that was fit, but I don't think I can confirm the same for say, a variable source in the same field. I think we can add that as a reasonable caveat to the notes.

OK good. I think that corner case is not even worth mentioning because the effect is likely to be very small.
