Add copy of red entries to top of table

I don't know if something like this would have value to anybody but me, but I've been noticing that I sometimes miss red entries if they are further down in the long list of things we're checking. This would just stick extra copies of the red entries at the top or some such:

It would look nicer to add logic to the template to scan first to see if there are going to be any red entries and then give them a little mini-header. But that didn't seem worth the effort when the audience is us.
