Check mta snapshot job hourly #19

I am having the problem that the jobwatch classes were never really designed for the hourly monitor, so I'm working around them instead of with them.

OK, I'll chuck that task column. At some point, a "comment" field would probably be great in these objects.

I rebased to remove the commit that added a task field to the output table
