Fix kadi checking and make it easier to exclude warnings #21

The original mechanism for excluding non-interesting warnings or errors was tricky, and doesn't really work for excluding multiple errors (without some wacky regex). I stopped short of shutting up the replan central chatter about web sites not being reachable, but that is still tempting.

I don't think I ever saw this. Is there anything you'd want to do differently at this point?

Yay nothing like discovering something is already done! LGTM go ahead and merge.
