Increase tolerance on solar images to 24 hours

Though now I'm wondering if the solar plots (and others) should perhaps just be cut from the hourly checking code. If the solar plots are more than 24 hours old, for example, do we want to be sent a warning every hour until they come back? Or is the daily check sufficient?

Yes, daily is sufficient.

OK, so I've cut the solar_wind.gif check from the hourly monitor. What about ACE and GOES data? What are your thoughts on reasonable number of hours for those? Should they just be left with the "1 hour" we have as we have seen good performance with them (no email warnings from hourly checker) since Replan Central 4.0 promotion?
