Check chimchim syncing #27

The log of rsyncing from HEAD to chimchim shows up daily in /home/kadi/chimchim_sync_logs. In the current setup this is a new file each day which doesn't mesh perfectly with existing check classes, but something could be jimmied up to do a meaningful check.
