Description

This is one fix for shiny (use a tuple instead of a list to remove a FutureWarning) and one fix due to an issue with monitor data in an obsid (22323) that looks to also be a problem in flight.

Testing

[x] Passes unit tests on linux
[x] Functional testing (doesn't throw error trying to ingest obsid 22323)
