Just remove the "Has magnitude been checked" from stealth monitor window text because nobody liked it besides me.

[x] Passes unit tests on MacOS, linux, Windows (at least one required)
- No unit tests
[x] Functional testing
- Ran on NOV3020A and confirmed text gone
