Running against a dev chandra_models with the newest grid model in there I get all of these at console when running starcheck. Seems like we don't care if the model has that clip (I assume we hit it a bunch for mag > 10.75.
Also looks like the chandra_aca warning has the parameters in the wrong order and should be "5.0 <= mag <= 10.75".
