Add Extentions #104

Syng should include the ability to add an external extension. Since extensions are just .vue files, they could be loaded dynamically and user added.

Not sure if I'll add this feature for two reasons: A. I don't think its necessary / wanted B. Not sure how much longer everything will all be Vue.
