[ENHANCEMENT] Add Register Functionality, Revolut #17

We need to somehow be able to keep the project going. So I was thinking of creating a small payment of something like 3$/month for users to register.

Describe the solution you'd like (required)

  1. Connect Revolut payment processor https://github.com/orgs/vanguardvirtual/projects/11/views/1?pane=issue&itemId=80251685
  2. Registered users will pay 1,99$ / month to support the project costs
  3. Create authentication system on the API and frontend
  4. If their subscription is due or over then setup system to send notifications and cancel their benefits

Registered User Benefits

  1. Registered users will have a Premium Badge and be give a score of +2 for each day they are subscribed
  2. They will have a special table cell of a supporter
  3. They can Pin one of their repositories as a supporter repository and rank on the daily trending repositories.
  4. The call boudraw functionality actually call them on their phone.
