As we have decided to use Babel as the main infrastructure for self-training, we need to change the existing pipeline to adopt to Babel's structure.

There will be two compute jobs/nodes operating concurrently:

Train job Start training; when there is a checkpoint, upload it to cloud
Eval job Constantly check whether there is a new checkpoint; if there is, deploy it, and run sotopia eval
