add cnspec tool to the repo

cnspec is an extensible and open Security Posture Management tool that finds vulnerabilities and misconfiguration across the different infrastructure layers like public and private cloud environments, Kubernetes clusters, containers, container registries, servers and endpoints, SaaS products, infrastructure as code, APIs, and more.

There are also a bunch of tests and policies open source available under https://github.com/mondoohq/cnspec-policies
