Adding Dependency Combobulator by Apiiro to the list although it can also fit the pre-commit list, it is most-fitting into the OSS Dependency Management category.

Thank you! appreciate the fast response. It is a new tool, it was announced just a few weeks ago, but it has a particular premise that might be very interesting for devsecops practitioners
