To run tests, you will need SQLAnywhere 11 installed with Demo Database 
option checked. You can get FREE developer edition here: 
http://gofrom.us/380C

That's my first contribution to an open/free project, so please tell me what 
I need to change.

We can't really add this if we can't include a redistributable version of the DLL that would be used to compile the code. We put everything in the lib directory so that others can at least compile (if not run) it.
