Dump only dumps tables, no keys, relationships, schemas, indices, etc. #34

I wanted to create a baseline dump for my first migration, however it only
included tables & columns.

There were no schemas, indices, or keys generated.

This was sql2005.

The types are usually wrong too.
This is Issue #20 - closing this as a duplicate. I'll add your comments there 
though.
