Hide keyboard in menu button #38

It's very easy to accidentally hit the keyboard button; I'd like all of the 
buttons hidden until I call them. This would increase the touchscreen area as 
well. Currently the menu button is unused - this could be something to put in 
there.

Menu button has been used for Escape, but I have a personal copy where it does 
hide mouse buttons, and show hide keyboard, hope to merge soon

just curious did the merge ever happen? the keyboard pops up quite a bit and 
hope it could be hidden in the menu or maybe even an option in the settings 
menu. thank you either way...i love this program and its free if i ever finish 
college i will help develop this program because i love android phones and 
dislike anything that begins with an "i". i have a modded huawei ascend m860 
and it has went through hell and still works. sucks they discontinued the m860 
when all it needed was a little tlc lol.
