For example, see functionality of columns Windows Explorer in detail view. Try 
right-clicking on a column heading and, separately, dragging a column heading 
to the far side of another.

Also, I'm imagining that the data in removed columns would still be retained, 
so that if the columns were re-added, the existing log lines *would* have 
values for those columns.
