What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Windows error pops up when trying to start/open Peerblock

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect Peerblock to start up, seeing a Windows error message instead:
"PeerBlock is unable to load the packet filtering driver. class win32_error -
CreateService - 1072 - The specified service has been marked for deletion."
What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit?
PeerBlock 1.1 stable release (happens with beta, though, too - I tried it).
Running Windows XP home 32bit
Please provide any additional information below. Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.
Tried uninstalling and reinstalling both PB versions - 1.1 stable and 1.0+
beta. Both resulted in the same error. Restarting computer did not work.
