Blocking has stopped #447

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 8 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 8 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I simply have used it normally as i ALWAYS HAVE DONE
2.tHERE WAS A MESSAGE STATING THE reason IT STOPPED WAS BECAUSE i HAD NOT
CHECKED THE SETTINGS BOX CALLED "show allowed connections: WHICH i HAVE never
CHECKED BECAUSE OF THE INTOLERABLE FREQUENCY THAT WOULD CREATE.
3.aS OF TWO DAYS AGO, ACCORDING TO history, AS OF mONDAY, 10/8/2012 i SEE NO
blocks IN THE hISTORY FILE.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I see blank pages where ITEMIZED blocked trackers SHOULD BE listed.
What version of PeerBlock are you using? On what operating system? 32- or
64-bit? 1.0+ R484 (BETA RELEASE) THE SAME VERSION I HAVE USED ALL ALONG. I
have a 64 bit machine. It was (and always is) automatically updated, last
update done today, 10/10/2012. However to determine if the ap is for a 32 or 64
bit machine like mine, would someone please tell me how to ascertain this, if
crucial?

Please provide any additional information below. Make sure to attach
peerblock.log and/or any screenshots that would help explain your problem.

Damn dude; your post is quite old now, and seems as though isn't resolved. . .
I'm having the same exact problem, as of about 3weeks ago. For some reason it
will work temporarily, then to not show anything in log window. I have tried
everything you have, and never moved the "show allowed" settings; have you
tried completely reinstalling it (P.B)? That's my next step, please get back to
me if you figure this out, damn frustrating.
