No term for 'bit twiddling' #300

'Bit' is localized, but 'bit twiddling' isn't, which seems like an omission.

Hello, in french usage I think "manipuler les bits" is the most appropriate.

"Tripoter des bits" might be considered too.

Since 'bit' is localized to 'chibi', wouldn't this be 'tripoter des chibis'?
