Smartie Parts not working properly with Open9x-r 1855 #180

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Smartie parts board (Rev 2.3) W/ Smartie parts Telemetryez board installed
2.power on
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Smartie parts board shuts down radio for 15 sec and then initializes and 
redirects THR and AIL switches (via SP board rev. 2.3) for normal use.  SP 
board does shut down for 15 sec, but does not redirect THR and AIL switches.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Sp Board Rev 2.3
TelemetryEZ Board Latest release 
OS: Open9x-r 1855  build date 2013-01-13 22:27:06

Please provide any additional information below.
All above features work flawlessly with Er9x-r 781 build date 2012-12-13

Did you select the SP22 option in companion9x ?
